Notice to Residents - Temporary water discolouration - John Street - March 19, 2025

Due to a recent structure fire in the vicinity of John Street, you may notice discoloured water in the water supply. Please be assured that the water is still safe to use for normal activities such as washing hands, cooking, and cleaning. The discolouration is likely a result of firefighting efforts, which can stir up sediment in the water system. Running the cold water tap will help clear the water.

Emergency Road Closure - Pearl Drive - March 19, 2025

Please note that Pearl Drive is closed on March 19, 2025 from 8:00am to 8:00pm to allow crews to complete an emergency water service repair. The road will be open for local traffic only. The work will be at/near 91 Pear Drive.

Please be advised that crews will be repairing a watermain break in the area of Hilda Street, between Bayview Parkway and Forest Avenue South beginning on Wednesday, March 19 at 7 a.m. The repair work is expected to be complete by 8 p.m. Please avoid travelling in this area if possible during this time.
